Shreya has begun collecting data for her MSc over the summer (2019). She has been working with a custom built drop camera system to ground truth two sites, D’Argent Bay and Rushoon, as part of the Coastal Environmental Baseline Program in Placentia Bay, NL, Canada. The resulting ~2 minute drift videos will be used to develop a species catalogue and assess the community structure and species distribution for the sites.
